위치는 좋아요.

위치는 좋아요. 바로 앞에 음식점들과 편의점도 있구요. 약국과, 올리브영 같은 곳도 있어요. 청결도는 보통이구요. 바닥에 머리카락이 많았어요. 세면대 물이 잘 안내려갔구요.

방이 우풍이 심한데 중앙난방이라 온도 조절이 힘들었습니다. 밤에 잘때 춥게 잠들었네요. 이불을 덮고 있어도 추울 정도였어요.

가격, 위치 정도.

방음이 전혀 안 되는 것 같다. 다른 방 소리가 밤새 들렸다. 근처 취객들 소리도 많이 들렸다. 아이피 티브이 셋탑 박스 선이 뽑혀 있어서 찾아서 꽂았고, 덤으로 방 온도 조절이 안돼서 누구는 덥고 누구는 좋고 하는 현상이 밤새 반복됐다.

«Wifi есть.»

Wifi есть. Кровать удобная. Полотенца и туалетные принадлежности. Есть чайник. Близко от метро, кафе и автобусной станции.

Муравьи в диване, не регулируется и не отключается кондиционер. Сперва дали номер с одной кроватью на троих!!!! Потом поменяли на тот , который заказывали.

Regrettable! Please stop putting this hotel in your listing. They are scammers!

2 beds. the hair care products.

1. Very poor customer service. Their friendly tone on the phone is a cover up for their indifference in person. Front desk staff and management were insensitive and inflexible to guests who have life/death emergency crisis and still insisted on charging us full even though we were not going to stay another day due to family emergency. Front desk staff (see attached photo) pretended not to understand English when just a few hours back she was speaking in English. After she was done talking to her supervisor, she deferred me to her smart phone for me to read the Korean to English translated instructions from her supervisor. When I asked her for the name of her supervisor as the situation had just eaclated to the level of the supervisor, the one she was talking to, she told she me she doesn’t know. Seriously?! Not only were my family and I insulted by their pretentious show of unable to speak in English, but they scammed us too for the day we were not able to use due to family emergency. We had stayed at Hyatt Hotel also a few months back, had to cut stay short due to emergency military mission, and got refunded for the unused day. The indifference and disrespectful treatment of the staff toward our sitatuation, pretending all of a sudden not to understand English and scamming us for the unused day for having a family emergency was the worst! 2. the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a WOW at first until the switch to turn it off started malfunctioning and won’t turn off and the water started to spray all over like geyser! By the time Housekeeping came the water seeped into the carpeting. 3. Very poor lighting on areas of the room where proper lighting was needed. Case in point, lighting at the vanity and where the floor length mirror were so dim, I had to use my cell phone light to give me proper lighting. 4. Our room eminated a moldy, damp smell everytime upon entering. Moldy, damp smell got worse after the jacuzzi malfunction moment.

Lovely stay, relax

Staffs were very kind, friendly and helpful. Cosy and warm lobby area to relax at while waiting for our late night flight especially during the winter time. Great thing that they do have baggage storage after checked-out.

clean, safe, and surprisingly affordable place

It was safe clean and appropriate ambiance for a motel / hotel. I remembered a few years ago i had a hard time finding a motel in Seoul and i ended up got into a motel but it was not set up properly for a traveler. It was like places where people meet and make an affair. It was really uncomfortable to sleep there as a traveler. Calufornia hotel is set up as a normal hotel and i will definitely use it when i visit Seoul.

Location good. Quiet.

No breakfast is ok. But when I asked where I could have breakfast they said "somewhere!". Good espresso automatic machine in the lobby. Needs renovation.

Great location with airport bus stop 2 mins walk. Ok

Room was good sized. Bathtub was big worked fine. Water pressure was ok. Good amenities and small fridge. Staff spoke English and were nice.free parking. Internet worked good. Free coffee in lobby. Subway nearby.

Room was a little dark. Good luck trying to clean shave or applying makeup successfully if needed. The queen sized bed was hard as a rock. The floor was was probably softer. The songle bed was soft.

It's a Nice Hotel

The location was great, as were the staff and room. The area it's located in is also lively at night, with plenty of places to eat. And the tube station is literally 1 minute walk away.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke sometimes. I believe this was coming through the air vents. There was always construction going on in the neighbiurhood which was sometimes loud in the mornings.

Location and room good BUT dirty bathroom, not cleaned adequately.

The bed was comfortable enough (though I think the pillows were a little flat), the accessories provided in the room were decent. The location of the hotel is good because it's very close to the subway exit and within reach of the main bus terminal.

Main problem: cleanliness. My bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there were countless hairs all over the floor and around the bath/shower/sink. And yes, I mean hairs both from someone's head AND body. At first I tried cleaning up myself a little and then told the man and woman at the desk about this. She sent someone to clean it again. The staff could've been more apologetic in my opinion. I don't expect the bathroom of a hotel to be like a public toilet. I also noticed that the rail for the coathangers had a lot of dust on it, so had not been cleaned for a while.

My primary reason for picking this location was its proximity to an office site.

In my room, the air conditioning drainage was routed directly to floor of the bathroom so, the floor was always wet.
